Apogee Engineering supports the Space and Missile Systems Center, MILSATCOM Systems Wing (SMC/MC) with developmental testing and technical help desk support to the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Mission Planning Element (MPE) with our prime contractor.
Our staff has developed and runs a robust technical MPE help desk system to work with the GSSC, RSSCs, Joint Staff, USSTRATCOM and broader EHF communities. Apogee Engineering MPE help desk support assists users with the understanding and application of the new MPE system for critical Milstar and AEHF operational communications planning efforts. Our help desk support expands beyond a typical IT help desk offering by providing comprehensive software usability assessment and software discrepancy report generation throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
